RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Project Manager IV to join their team in Mountain View, CA. This role is hybrid - onsite 3 days a week.
Responsibilities:
* Own end-to-end program delivery across a defined portfolio (e.g., Payments, Bill Pay, Lending, Workforce Solutions), coordinating engineering, product, and design partners
* Drive planning cadences and attain commitments with confidence, risks, and trajectory against committed goals
* Identify and mitigate cross-team dependencies before they become blockers
* Build and maintain program health reporting (RAID logs, dashboards, status updates) for leadership visibility
* Facilitate technical and cross-functional discussions to unblock decisions and drive alignment
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
* 6+ years in technical program/project management
* Ability to work independently with abiguity, and come up to speed quickly
* Strong technical fluency - able to engage engineering on architecture and tradeoffs without being the implementer
* Rigorous execution: structured planning, risk management, and follow-through under ambiguity
* Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior leadership
* Track record of scaling process or re-usable frameworks
* Experience with tools like Jira, Dragonboat, Slack, and Betterworks (or equivalent PPM/collaboration stacks)
* Fintech knowledge is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
