Sr. Project Manager

Description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead several concurrent security and network infrastructure projects supporting large-scale client sites in Houston, Texas. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who excels at coordinating field execution, aligning vendors and crews, and keeping complex installations on schedule. The role will oversee work related to low-voltage systems, fiber, wireless access points, cameras, and other physical security components while partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful delivery.

Responsibilities:
Direct multiple active projects at the same time, ensuring milestones, timelines, and site activities remain organized and on track.
Coordinate installation efforts for low-voltage cabling, fiber infrastructure, wireless access points, camera systems, and related physical security solutions.
Lead communication across vendors, field technicians, and construction teams to maintain efficient execution and resolve issues quickly.
Monitor day-to-day project progress, identify delivery risks early, and implement practical solutions to keep work moving forward.
Support site planning, scheduling, and resource alignment for large customer environments, including warehouse and industrial locations.
Maintain clear project documentation, status updates, and stakeholder communication throughout the full project lifecycle.
Collaborate with sales and other internal partners to ensure project scope, timelines, and customer expectations are aligned.
Travel to project locations as needed, up to 10%, to oversee field activity and reinforce successful implementation.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects in security, network infrastructure, or technology installation environments.
Strong understanding of low-voltage cabling, fiber systems, wireless access points, and physical security deployments.
Background overseeing subcontractors, vendors, field technicians, and construction-related teams.
Ability to lead complex site-based projects with strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction and maintain stakeholder alignment.
Experience working in remote or field-driven project environments with occasional travel requirements.
Proven ability to navigate fast-paced project schedules and adapt to changing site conditions.
