Responsibilities: * Conducts learning and performance gap analysis * Design scalable, digital-first and blended learner-centric solutions for the modern workplace environment * Design and develop high-quality, impactful learning solutions to address key capability gaps across the business with minimal oversight * Consults and partners with subject-matter experts in the organization to develo
