Location: Remote, Wisconsin (Remote)
Role Overview
This position is for a technical analyst to ensure compliance with all internal and external data standards and to promote quality improvement within IT operations. The role focuses on maximizing the potential of ServiceNow's IT Operations Management software by ensuring data quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and communicate best practices to identify quality processes throughout the organization.
- Maximize the potential of ServiceNow's IT Operations Management software by ensuring data quality.
- Develop and produce dashboard reports.
- Conduct data evaluation to ensure compliance and efficient service delivery.
- Assist with research and analysis of configuration, asset, and application data.
- Assist with investigating customer issues and contribute to recommendations for action as needed.
- Analyze data, compile reports, and communicate feedback.
- Perform report writing to evaluate and assess programs.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of ServiceNow administration experience.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently, yet able to account for their activity.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with demonstrated sound judgment gained from experience in analyzing technical information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of computer competency, including Excel, presentations, word processing, internet navigation, database application, and dashboard design.
- Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities, and be flexible with changing needs of the organization.
