Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Austin, TX (Remote)
Duration: 12+ Months possibility to extend
Minimum Requirements:
8 Years of Hands-on ServiceNow development, customization, administration experience in ITSM, ITOM, S AM, ITBM and/or equivalent
5 Years of Experienced in most of ServiceNow ITBM, DevOps, SecOps, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, ITSM, and Change Management Practices
5 Years of Working knowledge of ServiceNow User Provisioning, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, Email modules, etc.
5 Years of Designed, Developed, and implemented Integrations inbound/outbound with ServiceNow using Azure AD, Trusted Sources for SSO, Mid server, web services REST/SOAP, email and other relevant technologies
4 Years of Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing used when leading ServiceNow implementation activities, presenting to leadership, and training less experienced staff
Preferred Skills:(Optional)
8 Years of Industry and project experience with ServiceNow
5 Years of ServiceNow System Administrator and/or and Implementation Specialist certification
5 Years of Technical Documentation including Technical Design, Implementation, and Configuration Plans
5 Years of Experience implementing the Core Process Areas: User provisioning, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB
3 Years of Technical knowledge is highly desirable in programming e.g. Java, Javascript, SQL, etc.
