RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Product Marketing Manager for a remote contract. The PM will support multiple product launches for a growing SaaS organization. This role is heavily focused on go-to-market execution, launch readiness, stakeholder coordination, and program management. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Product Marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of marketing, product, and program management while driving high-visibility product launches.
Responsibilities:
* Lead launch readiness efforts from planning through execution
* Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, and Customer-facing organizations
* Manage launch plans, timelines, dependencies, and communications
* Create executive-level status reports and presentations
* Drive alignment and accountability across stakeholders
* Support multiple product launches through year-end
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of Product Marketing experience preferred
* SaaS product marketing experience required
* Experience managing product launches and GTM initiatives
* Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
* Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and accountability
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
* Product Marketing experience in a SaaS environment
* Strong product launch and go-to-market execution background
* Ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives
* Strong project/program management skills
* Proven ability to make an immediate impact with minimal ramp-up
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
