Position: UX Strategy Lead

Location: Washington D.C

Position type: Full time

Skills: 6+ years leading experience strategy on complex modernization programs; owns the cross-system experience vision, design-system governance, and reusable pattern strategy (U.S. Web Design System); sets accessibility and design quality bars; directs designers and represents UX in architecture and prioritization decisions.
Req’ts: Degree or equivalent portfolio with demonstrated program-level leadership; Section 508 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) fluency; federal experience preferred. Part-time leadership allocation.
