Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Manage work requests and workflow records, ensuring accurate documentation, timely updates, and compliance with established processes.
- Track projects, changes, risks, dependencies, and outstanding actions while escalating issues and overdue items.
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, meeting materials, notes, decisions, and action items for stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate with business, technical, project, vendor, and client teams to support delivery, governance, and continuous process improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
|
|
Experience
|
1+ years of experience in project coordination, demand management, business analysis, or related operational roles involving work intake, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
|
|
Technical Skills
|
ServiceNow or Workflow Platforms, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Reporting & Dashboards, Work Intake Management, Project Tracking, Status Reporting, AI Productivity Tools
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Demand Management, Project Coordination, Governance & Compliance, Stakeholder Management, Risk & Dependency Management, Operational Reporting

Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
