Apex Systems | Telecommunications Deployment Support
Overview
Apex Systems is seeking Technical Leads to support telecommunications deployment, stakeholder communications, scheduling coordination, and migration readiness activities for a major California public sector modernization initiative.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Minimum five (5) years of technology project experience.
- Minimum three (3) years in a leadership or coordination role.
- Experience supporting technology deployment programs.
- Experience managing schedules and coordinating stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Telecommunications deployment experience.
- IP networking experience.
- NG911 program exposure.
- VoIP or carrier migration experience.
- Public safety communications projects.
- Government sector experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate migration schedules and stakeholder communications.
- Support testing and deployment activities.
- Track project activities and maintain status updates.
- Facilitate scheduling meetings and bridge calls.
- Maintain project documentation and communication logs.
- Coordinate with vendor teams and operational stakeholders.
- Assist with readiness planning and issue resolution.
