Role: Oracle EBS Financials Technical Lead

Job responsibilities
Lead and deliver complex E1 / Oracle EBS Financials programs by setting clear expectations, championing technical solutions, and ensuring alignment between business and IT stakeholders.
Translate detailed business and technical requirements into actionable plans, tasks, and deliverables to drive successful project outcomes.
Manage large scale, regulated IT and Functional implementations using strong project management, delivery, and ITIL practices.
Partner with global, cross functional teams across manufacturing, procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and finance to ensure integrated end to end solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to executives, managers, and business partners by clearly communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non technical audiences.
Drive customer satisfaction through strong service orientation, proactive issue resolution, and effective stakeholder engagement.
Apply analytical and creative problem solving skills to navigate ambiguity, manage risks, and resolve complex technology and process challenges.
Lead and influence teams within a matrixed, remote, and globally distributed environment, using strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Leverage Agile and DevOps practices to improve delivery efficiency, quality, and responsiveness.
Continuously challenge the status quo by identifying opportunities for process improvement, optimization, and innovation across FSCM and technology landscapes.
Minimum Qualifications
On the technical side, the ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF), XML Publisher/BI Publisher Reporting, PL/SQL, Forms, and Workflow Customizations. They should also be proficient in interfaces and data conversions, as well as have experience with integration (inbound/outbound) with upstream and downstream systems
From a functional perspective, expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
we highly prefer candidates with experience in Oracle EBS (On-premise), preferably R12.2.11 and above. Experience with Oracle Cloud SaaS (Fusion Financials) is highly desirable, as well as knowledge of SSO, SFTP integrations, and Oracle's OCI infrastructure
