Title: Senior Service Now Technical Lead(CTA Certification Mandatory)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Lead with a mandatory Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture, ITSM implementation, platform integrations, and technical leadership. This role requires strong hands-on expertise, the ability to mentor development teams, and ownership of technical deliverables in an Agile environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Plan sprint activities, allocate work, monitor progress, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and technical walkthroughs to maintain solution quality and minimize production issues.
• Take ownership of technical deliverables while guiding team members toward successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party applications.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, security best practices, and platform scalability.
• Design, develop, and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management).
• Work with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) technologies in conjunction with ServiceNow
• Collaborate with ServiceNow Support concerning issues and other technical aspects of the ServiceNow platform
