Role SummaryThe Senior ServiceNow Developer will serve as a key technical leader responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions across ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, ITOM, Virtual Agent, and related platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong ServiceNow development expertise with a consultative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Asset Management, Virtual Agent, Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog modules.
- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications, identity platforms, monitoring tools, HR systems, and other third-party technologies.
- Configure workflows, forms, business rules, scripts, APIs, and automations to improve operational efficiency.
- Support CMDB strategy, service mapping, asset relationships, and configuration management initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Implement and support ITIL-aligned service management processes and platform enhancements.
- Develop automation solutions that streamline communication, service delivery, and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with internal developers and external partners to deliver enterprise-scale projects and platform improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and platform standards.
- Provide platform training, support, and guidance to business and technical stakeholders.
- Evaluate emerging ServiceNow capabilities and recommend enhancements that align with organizational goals.
- Contribute to platform governance, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
- Strong experience with ITSM, Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Asset Management, and CMDB modules.
- Experience developing and maintaining ServiceNow integrations using APIs, web services, and third-party platforms.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
- Experience configuring workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and ServiceNow automation capabilities.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience with ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, Virtual Agent, GRC, SPM, or advanced CMDB implementations.
- Experience supporting large enterprise environments with complex business processes.
- Familiarity with identity management, SSO, directory services, monitoring platforms, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience working with external implementation partners and managing large-scale platform initiatives.
- Background in restaurant, retail, hospitality, consumer services, or multi-location organizations.
- Strong commitment to collaboration, continuous learning, and customer-focused solution delivery.
