The Opportunity
StaffRight Associates has been retained by a leading organization to identify a skilled ServiceNow Developer for a 12-month contract position with potential for extension or conversion. Working remotely within US Eastern Time hours, you will drive the evolution of cloud tooling capabilities and enterprise automation by engineering complex catalog offerings and backend workflows. Serving as a key technical contributor, you will partner closely with cybersecurity teams and business units to deliver critical platform enhancements and optimize organizational processes.
What You’ll Do
Architect complex catalog items to elevate cloud tooling capabilities and increase infrastructure visibility.
Build advanced workflows using automation tools to orchestrate multi-step processes and streamline task distribution across modules.
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to deploy security operations capabilities, including incident management and vulnerability mitigation.
Spearhead technical components for major program initiatives to deliver enterprise-wide operational enhancements.
Execute comprehensive systems analysis, structural design, and end-to-end development across varied technical requirements.
Coordinate with business units and application leads to recommend and implement technology solutions that align with project goals.
Author detailed technical specifications, maintain thorough system documentation, and run comprehensive test plans and debugging routines.
Provide analytical consulting to identify novel applications of information technology that enhance business effectiveness.
What You Bring
Five Plus Years of experience in Systems Analysis and Application Development, with specialized expertise in ServiceNow Platform Development.
ServiceNow Flow Designer, ServiceNow Catalog Development, ServiceNow SecOps, Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Cyber Security Integrations.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification preferred.
Systems Analysis, Backend Automation Workflows, Task Orchestration, Diagnostic Testing, Debugging, Technical Specifications, Systems Documentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration, Problem Solving, Analytical Skills, Verbal Communication, Written Communication.
Compensation & Total Rewards
Baseline Hourly Rate: $60.00 – $70.00/hr
