Description
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support integrated marketing efforts in Stamford, Connecticut. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can blend creative execution with campaign coordination across digital channels and events. The role focuses on building engaging marketing assets, helping deliver targeted outreach, and contributing to programs that strengthen audience engagement and brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
Develop and coordinate multi-channel marketing initiatives that support business objectives and audience growth.
Create, organize, and refine email outreach programs to improve engagement, consistency, and campaign performance.
Produce and update digital marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud to ensure high-quality, on-brand content.
Assist with planning and executing promotional campaigns from concept through launch, tracking timelines and deliverables.
Support event logistics and marketing preparation for in-person or virtual programs, including communications and collateral.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging, creative assets, and campaign priorities across marketing activities.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and help identify opportunities to enhance reach, response rates, and overall impact.
Requirements
Experience supporting marketing campaigns across digital and email channels.
Working knowledge of email campaign development, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud for creating or editing marketing assets.
Ability to manage multiple marketing activities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Background in digital marketing with an understanding of campaign execution best practices.
Experience assisting with event management, coordination, or promotional support.
Strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced marketing environment.
