Job Description:
We are hiring a Salesforce Lead Developer with strong Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Banking domain experience, along with hands-on expertise in Data 360, Agentforce (AI), and Omni-Channel.This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for designing, building, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise banking transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end Salesforce design & development (Apex, LWC, APIs)
· Implement Financial Services Cloud (FSC) – customer 360, onboarding, KYC, lending workflows
· Build unified customer data platform using Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud)
· Develop AI-powered solutions using Agentforce (Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Einstein AI)
· Configure Omni-Channel routing & messaging (chat, voice, digital)
· Design scalable integrations & architecture across enterprise systems
· Lead code reviews, and delivery execution
Mandatory Skills
· Strong hands-on: Apex, LWC, Lightning, Integrations (REST/SOAP)
· Financial Services Cloud (FSC) – Mandatory
· Banking domain experience (Retail / Lending / Customer onboarding / KYC)
· Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud
· Agentforce (AI, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Einstein AI)
· Omni-Channel (routing, messaging, queues, agent capacity)
Preferred Skills
· MuleSoft / integration experience
· CI/CD tools (Autorabit,Copado, Gearset, Jenkins)
· Salesforce security & compliance
Certifications (Preferred)
· Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
· FSC Accredited Professional
· Data Cloud / AI certifications
Ideal Candidate
· FSC SME with strong development background
· Experience in banking digital transformation programs
· Proven ability to lead teams + deliver hands-on solutions
· Strong stakeholder communication skills
