Job Description
Jira Administration
- Administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management
- Configure and maintain workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, notification schemes, custom fields, automation rules, and dashboards.
- Manage user provisioning, groups, roles, and access controls.
- Implement governance and best practices for Atlassian Cloud.
Cloud Migration Planning & Execution
- Lead Jira Server/Data Center to Jira Cloud migration initiatives.
- Perform discovery and assessment of existing Jira environments.
- Develop migration strategies, cutover plans, rollback plans, and migration runbooks.
- Execute migrations using Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA) and Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant (CCMA).
- Validate migration completeness, data integrity, and system performance post-migration.
