Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Order Management Systems (OMS). The ideal candidate will lead solution design, integration, and optimization efforts across omnichannel commerce and order management processes. This role requires strong handson experience in building scalable OMS integrations with WMS, ERPs, and payment gateways.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and configure Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions aligned with business needs.
• Lead and support Order Management System (OMS) processes, including order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, and tracking.
• Design and implement integrations between OMS and enterprise systems such as WMS, payment gateways, and ERPs (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Ensure omnichannel order flows are optimized for scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical designs.
• Customize, extend, and enhance Commerce Cloud features to meet evolving business demands.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex system and integration issues.
• Support testing, deployment, documentation, and continuous improvements of solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Strong, handson experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud architecture and development.
• Proven experience working with Order Management Systems (OMS) in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated expertise integrating OMS with WMS, payment gateways, and ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) to deliver omnichannel order management solutions.
• Solid understanding of eCommerce architecture, order lifecycle processes, and integration patterns (APIs, middleware, message queues, etc.).
• Experience working across the Salesforce ecosystem and integrating Salesforce products with external systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problemsolving abilities.
