Required Skills: Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce platform internals
Job description:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with demonstrated technical leadership
• Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce platform internals
• Strong experience with MuleSoft or equivalent integration platforms (REST APIs, event-driven architecture, middleware patterns)
• Proven track record in data migration projects — ETL design, transformation logic, reconciliation, and cutover execution
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tooling
• Active daily use of Generative AI and/or Agentic AI tools in a software delivery context
• Experience in Experience Cloud / Community portals, Service Cloud case management, and workflow automation
• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer II (required); Integration Architecture Designer or Data Architecture Designer (strongly preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in regulated utility, energy, or infrastructure sectors with awareness of compliance and audit requirements
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein Analytics, or Agentforce
• Hands-on experience with Windsurf, Devin, or similar Agentic AI coding platforms
• Knowledge of Documentum, Excalibur, or enterprise content management systems
• Background in multi-vendor offshore/nearshore delivery models
• MuleSoft Certified Developer or Integration Associate certification
