Position: Salesforce Tech Lead
Location: Remote


Requirement:
We are seeking for Salesforce Tech Lead with strong hands-on development and leadership experience for an enterprise healthcare environment.


Key Responsibilities:
Lead solution design, development, code reviews, delivery coordination, and mentoring of a Salesforce team while collaborating with architects, business, security, and data teams.


Required:

  • 8-10 years of Salesforce experience with enterprise implementations
  • Proven experience leading Salesforce development teams
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud (must have)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification (mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Triggers, Visualforce, and Salesforce CRM
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


Preferred:

  • Salesforce Agentforce experience / Agentforce Specialist certification
  • Data Cloud experience
  • Healthcare / Medicare / Medicaid domain experience
