25% Travel required. Must be local to Amtrak s Northeast Corridor, specifically near Wilmington, DE, NYC, D.C., or Philadelphia.
Train travel is required to support PI Planning activities that happen quarterly.
Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Personas, journey maps and user flows
- Information architectures, taxonomies, content models, and navigation frameworks
- Low-, medium-, and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Experience concepts, ecosystem maps, and future-state visions
- Usability studies, validation plans, and user feedback synthesis
- Executive-ready storytelling artifacts that align customer, business, and technical needs
- Information Architect , UX Designer, Journey Mapping, Figma, Prototyping

This individual excels at translating complex data structures, content models, and diverse user needs into intuitive experiences, user flows, and interaction patterns.
Skilled in information architecture, journey mapping, and end-to-end experience design, you ll bring clarity to complexity and create scalable, customer-centered solutions.
You will collaborate closely with product owners, researchers, developers, and product managers, thriving in a fast-paced environment where rapid experimentation is key.
The role requires the ability to quickly translate ideas into medium- and high-fidelity prototypes that validate concepts early and often.
By leveraging continuous user feedback and iterative learning, you will test assumptions, refine experiences, and optimize solutions that deliver measurable value for both users and the business. SharePoint experience a plus
