This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys shaping engaging digital experiences, contributing to enterprise design system initiatives, and partnering closely with technical teams to bring concepts into production. The position offers an opportunity to create refined interfaces, strengthen design operations in Figma, and help bridge design decisions with front-end implementation.

Responsibilities:
Partner with software engineers throughout the product lifecycle to align design intent with technical execution.
Build and evolve interface designs that balance usability, visual quality, and consistency across digital experiences.
Develop and maintain reusable components, shared libraries, and structured assets in Figma to support scalable design work.
Translate design patterns into product tokens and variables that improve consistency and prepare work for development handoff.
Contribute to enterprise design system efforts by defining standards that support production-ready implementation.
Use Figma connectors and related tooling to streamline the flow of design assets into code delivery processes.
Produce wireframes, UI concepts, and detailed layouts that communicate solutions clearly to stakeholders and developers.
Apply knowledge of accessibility and front-end design considerations to create practical, inclusive user experiences.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in UX/UI or product design roles.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience using Figma, including Figma Variables and component-based design practices.
Demonstrated ability to create high-quality user interfaces and present strong design system or enterprise design work in a portfolio.
Experience preparing design assets and documentation that support efficient developer handoff and production use.
Working knowledge of front-end development concepts to support effective collaboration with engineering teams.
Familiarity with wireframing and interface design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
Understanding of accessibility principles and user-centered design practices.
Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss design decisions clearly with cross-functional partners.
