What You ll Bring:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Java development, with a strong focus on building RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend systems.
- Over 3 years of hands-on experience designing and developing workflow solutions using Camunda (version 5+ preferred).
- Proficiency in BPMN 2.0, workflow orchestration, and process lifecycle management.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and software engineering best practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern cloud architectures.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Camunda 7 and cloud-native workflow designs.
- Development of Java Delegates, External Tasks, and process integrations within Camunda.
- Background in financial services, retirement, or operational processing environments.
- Knowledge of Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS cloud services.
- Camunda or BPM certification is a plus.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience with a focus on workflow automation and process modeling.
