Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Varicent Architect to lead the end-to-end implementation, architecture, integration, and support of Varicent ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) solutions. 
Mandatory Skills:

9 10+ years of overall IT experience.
```

Strong hands-on experience with Varicent ICM.

Experience in Varicent implementation and solution architecture.

Strong experience gathering and analyzing business requirements.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.

Experience conducting requirements workshops and documenting outcomes.

Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Varicent data models, workflows, and webforms.

Experience integrating Varicent with CRM, Sales Planning, and other enterprise systems.

Strong knowledge of coding, security, and database design best practices.

Experience providing technical leadership, troubleshooting, and production support.

Experience working in Agile environments.

Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
