Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Varicent ICM solutions
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and efficient Varicent systems
- Automate and optimize sales compensation processes
- Integrate Varicent with related systems (e.g., Sales Planning, CRM)
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable plans
- Conduct requirements workshops and document outcomes
- Develop and maintain data models, workflows, and webforms in Varicent
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and database design
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams
- Support ongoing system operations, maintenance, and enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies
- Maintain high standards for documentation and solution quality
- Train and support end-users and business partners on Varicent functionalities
