Our Consultants have extensive specialties in Information Technology, 80% with Masters and PhDs in Software Engineering, Software Algorithms and Language Development, Information Assurance, Telecommunications Engineering, Computing, and Technology Strategy. Crossfire employees possess 45 certifications in Information Assurance and Security, the majority of which are from the US Government National Security Agency (NSA).
Our Junior Consultants, the backbone of our team, are recruited from top schools in the country and have a strong background in computer science and information technology. They are trained and mentored by senior staff members, and must pass a rigorous training program to remain an active member of Crossfire. They are assigned to various projects and are put through a progression of increasingly complex assignments. As part of their progression, these junior Crossfire technologists must earn a Masters Degree within 5 years to continue their advancement in the company.
