We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high-quality standards of our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for inspecting and testing components and products, monitoring operations to ensure they meet production standards, and recommending adjustments to the assembly or production process. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, components, and final products to ensure they meet the set specifications.
2. Use precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM to measure and test product features for deviation from specifications.
3. Interpret and analyze schematic drawings, specifications, and other documentation to ensure conformity to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
4. Utilize InspectionXpert software for quality control and inspection processes.
5. Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
6. Communicate inspection results and feedback to manufacturing team and management.
7. Participate in the development of corrective and preventive actions.
8. Assist in the implementation of quality control training programs for the production team.
9. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
10. Keep equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting repair service when necessary.

Qualifications:

1. An A.A degree or equivalent, preferably in a technical or engineering field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control inspection within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematic drawings.
4. Hands-on experience with precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM.
5. Proficient in using InspectionXpert or similar quality control software.
6. Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Must be able to handle physical requirements of the job, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
