Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service/EAM Functional Lead to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Asset Management solutions. This role will specialize in building robust design using Functional Locations and Equipment masters, translating business requirements into effective SAP solutions, and ensuring smooth integration across maintenance, procurement, and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Architecture: Design and build complex Functional Location hierarchies and Equipment structures to accurately represent physical assets, including equipment installation and dismantling workflows within functional locations.
S/4HANA Configuration: Configure SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Customer Service (CS) modules with emphasis on technical objects, measuring points, counters, and classification systems.
Best Practice Implementation: Champion the use of SAP S/4HANA Fiori applications for maintenance and asset management operations.
Workshop Facilitation: Lead blueprinting and functional design sessions with business stakeholders to gather requirements for preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance workflows.
Data Migration & Mapping: Direct the migration of technical object master data—including Equipment, Functional Locations, and BOMs—using SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with MM (spare parts management), PP (production planning), and FI/CO (financial controlling) teams to ensure integrated end-to-end processes.
RICEFW Development: Create functional specifications for custom RICEFW objects while prioritizing standard SAP functionality and minimizing customization.
Documentation: Ability to prepare functional documentation and work with technical teams (ABAP, Fiori).
Testing & Support : Oversee unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 8-10+ years of practical experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) or Customer Service (CS) modules. (Especially processes related to Functional Locations/Equipment Management.
S/4HANA Implementation: At least 3 complete S/4HANA implementation cycles (greenfield or brownfield).
Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of Technical Object Management, including Functional Locations, Equipment masters, Classification, and Class Characteristics.
Functional Knowledge: Strong grasp of preventive maintenance strategies, maintenance notifications, and work order management.
Methodology: Hands-on experience with SAP Activate Methodology.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology.
