Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end software development and implementation initiatives in Agile and Hybrid delivery environments. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and executing projects from requirements through development, testing, deployment, and user acceptance, while managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, stakeholders, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

·        Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and requirements through development, testing, deployment, and UAT.

·        Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource plans.

·        Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests.

·        Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, project teams, development, QA/testing, vendors, and contractors.

·        Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, status meetings, reviews, demonstrations, and stakeholder discussions.

·        Track project progress against approved schedules, milestones, deliverables, and performance expectations.

·        Identify, document, monitor, and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items; drive timely resolution.

·        Prepare regular project status reports, dashboards, milestone updates, and executive-level communications.

·        Coordinate resources across the software development lifecycle and ensure appropriate staffing and capacity.

·        Support requirements gathering, documentation, prioritization, and alignment between business and technical teams.

·        Coordinate testing and user acceptance activities and support business stakeholder sign-off.

·        Manage project changes through appropriate impact assessment, communication, and approval processes.

·        Work with vendors and external partners to coordinate deliverables, schedules, dependencies, and issue resolution.

·        Maintain project documentation, decisions, action items, and project governance artifacts.

·        Use Agile/Scrum practices and traditional project management techniques as appropriate to the delivery environment.

Required Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

·        10+ years of experience managing software development, technology implementation, or IT projects.

·        Demonstrated experience managing Agile and/or Hybrid software development projects.

·        Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technology project delivery.

·        Experience managing requirements, development, testing, deployment, and user acceptance activities.

·        Strong experience with project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and change management.

·        Excellent stakeholder communication, facilitation, organization, and problem-solving skills.

·        Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and business stakeholders.

·        Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.

·        Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.

Preferred / Technical Skills

·        Microsoft Project for project planning and scheduling.

·        Microsoft Teams for collaboration and project communication.

·        Jira and/or Azure DevOps for Agile delivery, backlog, issue, and project tracking.

·        Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

·        Experience with project status reporting, dashboards, metrics, and executive presentations.

·        Experience working in environments involving multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
