AI Analyst/Engineer (With Microsoft Copilot)

Responsibilities:

· Design and deploy agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio to automate business processes and boost organizational productivity.

· Experience in Process improvement on Agentic SDLC Process

· Strong hands-on experience on Agentic SDLC implementation

· Understanding the process of SDLC and assist client in bringing the agentic process

· Evaluate AI model outputs and Copilot agent performance, identifying gaps and recommending calibrations to improve accuracy and business alignment.

· Gather requirements from business stakeholders, translate them into technical specifications, and configure Copilot agents and automated workflows end-to-end.

· Monitor deployed AI solutions in production, track performance metrics, and iterate based on user feedback and evolving business requirements.

· Conduct AI adoption training and enablement sessions for end users and cross-functional teams, promoting responsible and effective use of Copilot and AI-powered tools.

· Document methodologies, workflow configurations, and solution architectures to ensure reproducibility, auditability, and knowledge transfer.

Skills Required:

· Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.

· Hands on experience in an analytics, AI, or automation role, with demonstrated hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Copilot (M365 Copilot or Copilot Studio).

· Solid understanding of AI concepts, prompt engineering, and agentic AI workflow design.

· Eagerness to learn and adopt to new technologies

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into deployable technical solutions.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain AI capabilities clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
