Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Data Management / Analytics Consultant to support complex, enterprise-scale initiatives. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to analyze multifaceted data challenges, develop actionable insights, and influence informed decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate across teams in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities- Consult on complex, large-scale Data Management initiatives with broad organizational impact
- Lead end-to-end analytical efforts, including problem definition, data analysis, insight synthesis, and presentation of recommendations to leadership
- Review and evaluate multi-dimensional, long-term Data Management challenges, incorporating quantitative and qualitative factors, including novel or unprecedented considerations
- Develop and contribute to solutions that align with business objectives, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Partner strategically with cross-functional stakeholders and client personnel to deliver data-driven outcomes
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management, or an equivalent combination of:
- Professional work experience
- Consulting experience
- Training
- Military experience
- Education
- 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end analytical work, including:
- Problem framing
- Data analysis
- Insight generation
- Influencing leadership decisions
Technical Skills- Proficiency in one or more of the following tools and technologies:
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)- Experience working in complex, highly regulated environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity and complex problem-solving
