NICE Actimize Developer /ONLY W2

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced NICE Actimize Developer with strong hands-on experience in NICE Actimize Case Management, ActOne/RCM, and Java plug-in development. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting ActOne upgrades, FinCEN regulatory filing implementations, SAR/CTR/STR, sanctions screening, AML compliance solutions, and SQL development.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance NICE Actimize ActOne/RCM Case Management solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom Java plug-ins for ActOne/RCM.
• Support ActOne platform upgrades, custom configurations, and integrations.
• Implement and support FinCEN filing requirements, including SAR, CTR, and STR.
• Configure and enhance sanctions screening capabilities within NICE Actimize.
• Develop scalable Java applications and troubleshoot application/platform issues.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries.
• Work with Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, or similar databases.
• Support cloud-native and 12-factor application development.
• Participate in Agile, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps processes.
• Work with Kafka and event-driven integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong Java/software engineering experience.
• Hands-on NICE Actimize Case Management experience.
• Direct experience with ActOne/RCM custom Java plug-ins.
• Experience supporting or implementing ActOne upgrades.
• Strong experience with FinCEN filings, SAR, CTR, and STR.
• Experience with NICE Actimize sanctions screening and compliance rules.
• Strong SQL and database optimization skills.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, or similar databases.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, PCF, or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience with JUnit, TestNG, Selenium, TDD, BDD, Cucumber, or Gherkin.
• Experience with Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Kafka/event-streaming experience preferred.

Candidate Requirement:
W2 candidates only. Must be local to the NJ/NY/CT Tri-State Area.
