Join our dynamic team as a GIS Developer, where you will play a crucial role in creating and managing complex GIS maps, attributes, reports, and spatial data. You will leverage your expertise in ESRI GIS, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcSDE, and GIS application development to deliver innovative solutions. This position requires a blend of technical skills and creative problem-solving to enhance our geospatial capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage GIS applications using ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcSDE, Portal, Server, Web Adaptors & Data Stores.
• Create and maintain complex GIS maps, attributes, reports, and spatial data.
• Utilize Python for GIS scripting and automation.
• Develop and implement GIS analysis and multi-layered maps.
• Work with Excel, databases, and other data sources for GIS mapping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GIS solutions into broader projects.
• Provide technical support and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest GIS technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of GIS/GIS application development experience.
• 5+ years of web application development.
• Experience with ArcGIS API for JavaScript or similar mapping APIs.
• Strong experience with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcSDE, Portal, Server, Web Adaptors & Data Stores.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience developing complex GIS analysis and multi-layered maps.
• Experience working with Excel, databases, and other data sources for GIS mapping.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

• Experience with Oracle SQL/PostgreSQL.
• LRS / ESRI Roads & Highways experience is a plus.
• Power BI reporting experience is strongly preferred.
