Summary

Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer

Location: Middletown ,NJ

Profile Summary

We are looking for a strong backend engineer with hands-on AI and GenAI/LLM production experience, capable of designing and delivering scalable, production-grade AI solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms)
Strong expertise in prompt engineering, function calling, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar
Proficiency in vector databases (e.g., pgvector, Pinecone, Chroma, etc.)
Strong Python backend development experience using FastAPI or Flask
Experience in API integrations and workflow orchestration
Solid understanding of Deep Learning and Machine Learning, including model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation using PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes)
Exposure to real-time systems, Document AI, or Voice AI solutions
