Your New Role

• Work as a Commercial HVAC Technician serving Tampa, Florida, and surrounding areas

• Perform service, repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC and HVAC/R equipment

• Diagnose and repair rooftop units, split systems, refrigeration equipment, and related systems

• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and HVAC control issues

• Service ductwork, electrical components, and control systems

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, technical schematics, and equipment documentation

• Use HVAC diagnostic tools and service equipment to identify problems and complete repairs

• Clearly explain equipment conditions and recommended repairs to customers

• Complete service records and work documentation accurately

• Keep your assigned company vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked

• Follow established safety procedures and applicable HVAC industry standards

• At least 3 years of commercial HVAC or HVAC/R service experience

• EPA Type II Certification or Universal EPA Certification

• Commercial HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics

• Experience using HVAC service tools and diagnostic equipment

• Valid driver\'s license

• Willingness to complete written and verbal trade assessments

• Experience servicing HVAC systems in restaurant and medical facilities preferred
