  • Architect solutions that align with:
  • DoD security frameworks.
  • Cloud architectures at classification levels (IL-2 through IL-6).
  • DevSecOps pipelines and cybersecurity policies.
  • Oversee development activities, including sprints, testing, and user acceptance.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD security standards, including ATO processes and Zero Trust architecture principles.

Technology Research and Evaluation:
  • Continuously research emerging AI/ML tools, frameworks, platforms, and methodologies.
  • Assess and recommend best-of-breed technologies based on:
  • Performance, scalability, security, interoperability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure seamless integration of selected technologies within DoD environments, including cloud deployments and containerized solutions.

Enterprise Architecture Design and Governance:
  • Design, develop, and maintain both current-state and future-state architectural models and supporting artifacts.
  • Analyze and provide recommendations on architectural changes, including the integration of AI/ML services and data pipelines.
  • Conduct architecture reviews to ensure compliance with EA policies and DoD standards.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, data scientists, and ML engineers to incorporate reengineered business processes and workflows into architectural designs.

Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development:
  • Engage with enterprise governance processes to implement transition plans, drive strategic initiatives, and align enterprise goals with AI/ML modernization efforts.
  • Define and guide enterprise architecture processes, policies, and responsibilities.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps prioritizing and sequencing initiatives to achieve target-state architectures.

Qualifications
