Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior ETL Developer with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise data integration and ETL solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ETL development, SQL, data warehousing, Informatica, and cloud data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Develop complex ETL workflows for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical ETL solutions.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, cleansing, and quality checks.
• Troubleshoot ETL jobs and resolve production data issues.
• Work with data architects, business analysts, developers, and QA teams.
• Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability.
• Support data migration and integration projects.
• Create technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
• Support deployment and production activities through CI/CD processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ETL/Data Integration Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter / Informatica IICS.
• Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and database development.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing, Dimensional Modeling, Star and Snowflake Schemas.
• Experience with ETL performance tuning and optimization.
• Experience with Data Quality, Data Validation, and Data Migration.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Experience with Python/PySpark.
• Knowledge of Kafka or other real-time data integration technologies.
• Experience with Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, or Financial Services domains.

Education

Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
