Job Title: Technical lead - domain architect

Extremely urgent need - Technical lead, more of a domain architect who has the following. Who can work in PST hours.

Excellent communication and articulation skills.
Has worked on detail design and flow diagrams to clearly depict low level design information.
Thorough knowledge of Healthcare domain, especially working in Medical management applications such as UM and CM.
Thorough knowledge of implementing and building integration layers using API (.Net).
Has experience working and setting up applications in Azure cloud environment using Azure resources such as Azure integration services, ADF, logic apps, Azure functions, mulesoft etc.
