Job Overview:
  • The Lead Developer (Generative AI) is responsible for designing and developing scalable AI-driven solutions using large language models and enterprise integrations.
  • This role focuses on building advanced GenAI systems, including orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, and backend cloud services.
  • The candidate will lead development efforts, ensure system reliability and security, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.
Experience:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in cloud-native application development.
  • At least 2 years of experience building production-grade Generative AI applications.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop MCP architecture connecting LLMs with enterprise systems and APIs.
  • Define schemas, permissions, and lifecycle management for AI-driven services.
  • Develop multi-turn chatbot orchestration with memory, tool usage, and function calling.
  • Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and knowledge integration systems.
  • Build scalable backend services using Python, FastAPI, and microservices architecture.
  • Develop and deploy applications using AWS services including Lambda, S3, ECS, and SQS.
  • Implement security best practices including IAM policies and least-privilege access.
  • Build observability frameworks including logging, tracing, and performance monitoring.
  • Implement safety mechanisms such as content filtering, prompt injection prevention, and data protection.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML, product, security, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and drive engineering best practices.
Skills:
  • Generative AI, LLM orchestration, and RAG architectures.
  • Python, FastAPI, and microservices development.
  • LangChain and exposure to LangGraph.
  • Vector databases such as pgvector, FAISS, Pinecone, and MongoDB Atlas Vector Search.
  • AWS services including Lambda, S3, ECS, SQS, and IAM.
  • Backend development and event-driven architecture.
  • Observability tools, logging, and performance monitoring.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Should Have:
  • Experience with agentic workflows and advanced orchestration frameworks.
  • Frontend development experience using React or Angular.
  • DevOps experience with CI/CD, Docker, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and security frameworks.
  • Familiarity with observability tools and evaluation methodologies for AI systems.
