IAM Consultant (SailPoint/SAML/OIDC)

Overview:

• Seeking a Software Developer III / IAM Engineer to support and manage an enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) ecosystem.
• The role will focus on IAM platform governance, lifecycle automation, application onboarding, RBAC, SSO/MFA, and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement centralized identity provider frameworks using SAML 2.0 and OIDC for SSO and MFA.
• Develop identity lifecycle workflows and automate user provisioning and reporting.
• Onboard and integrate business applications with IAM platforms using REST APIs.
• Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models, including separation of duties and access certification campaigns.
• Support IGA, Access Management, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) capabilities.
• Integrate applications with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and support user access reviews.
• Develop IAM automation and scripting solutions using PowerShell and Python.
• Provide support for Directory, IAM services, servers, and databases.
• Maintain technical documentation and evaluate IAM technologies to support enterprise requirements.
• Collaborate with security and IT teams to maintain consistent IAM practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in IAM platform governance, engineering, lifecycle automation, and scripting.
• 8+ years of experience onboarding and integrating business applications with IAM systems.
• 5+ years designing and implementing RBAC models, separation of duties, and access certification campaigns.
• 5+ years managing centralized Identity Providers and configuring SSO and MFA.
• 3+ years of experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• 3+ years of experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• 3+ years automating user provisioning and reporting using PowerShell and Python.
• 2+ years of experience working with a state government agency.
