Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Statistical Software Configuration Specialist with strong hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and supporting TIBCO statistical software tools. The ideal candidate will have expertise in TIBCO Statistica / TIBCO Spotfire / TIBCO Data Science, along with the ability to implement, optimize, and maintain advanced analytics and statistical applications within an enterprise environment.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams in data science, quality, manufacturing, and IT to ensure seamless integration, reliability, and performance of statistical systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, customize, and maintain TIBCO Statistica / TIBCO Spotfire / TIBCO Data Science platforms.
  • Support deployment, integration, and version upgrades of TIBCO statistical software.
  • Develop and optimize statistical workflows, models, and templates based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to implement automated data pipelines and analytics dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, performance bottlenecks, and configuration errors.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, including data integrity.
  • Work with IT and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective statistical solutions.
  • Provide documentation, user training, and ongoing system support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working with TIBCO Statistica, TIBCO Spotfire, or TIBCO Data Science.
  • Strong experience in statistical software configuration, customization, and deployment.
  • Hands-on experience integrating statistical tools with databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.
  • Solid understanding of advanced analytics, data modeling, statistical methods, and automation.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, R, or SQL is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, or similar industries is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
