Job Requirements
HCI / HCD Designer As an HCI/HCD Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences that delight our customers. You'll work closely with our development team, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to design interfaces that effectively meet the needs of our target audience. Your key responsibilities will include conducting user research, designing wireframes and prototypes, optimizing the user experience through iterative design and testing, and advocating for human-centered design principles. Roles & Responsibilities: Demonstrable experience in user-centered design, with a strong portfolio of design work Proficiency in design tools and technologies, such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple and elegant solutions Passion for emerging trends and technologies in the HCI field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
