Project Manager

Location: Remote (Must be available to work standard business hours in either EST or PST) Compensation: $230,000 – $235,000 Base Salary + $60,000 in Annual Stock RSUs Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a high-impact, execution-obsessed Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex software engineering and product delivery pipelines. In this role, you will own cross-functional execution across distributed engineering, product, and data teams, driving high-stakes architectural projects and high-volume platform scaling from inception to production. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Delivery: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of core software development and infrastructure scaling initiatives, ensuring aggressive milestones and deadlines are consistently met. Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the central orchestrator between product, engineering, QA, and executive leadership, translating complex technical architectures into predictable execution plans. Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify technical blockers, third-party vendor constraints, and platform vulnerabilities (including payment processing integrations and infrastructure deployments) before they impact production. Resource & Capacity Planning: Optimize engineering throughput, resource allocation, and sprint cadences across fully remote teams operating on EST and PST schedules. Process Governance: Implement rigorous tracking mechanisms, post-mortem reviews, and technical documentation standards to scale operational velocity.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 6+ years of technical project management or technical program management experience within high-growth software, SaaS, or high-volume transactional platforms. Technical Fluency: Demonstrated ability to work alongside senior software engineers, understand system architectures (cloud hosting, CI/CD pipelines, API integrations, and database scaling), and evaluate technical tradeoffs. Time Zone Alignment: Full-time availability and responsiveness during core working hours in either the Eastern (EST) or Pacific (PST) time zones. Execution Track Record: Proven history of shipping complex products under tight constraints without sacrificing system stability or code quality. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of distilling complex technical metrics for executive stakeholders.
