Description
We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer III to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Allentown, Pennsylvania. This position focuses on enhancing identity governance through the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, with a particular emphasis on optimizing integrations and workflows. The role requires a proactive approach to implementing identity lifecycle automation and collaborating across various departments to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and integrate SailPoint connectors with systems like SuccessFactors Employee Central, utilizing APIs and data ingestion methods.
Design workflows for identity lifecycle events, such as onboarding, role changes, and deprovisioning, based on HR-driven triggers.
Implement provisioning processes for directories and applications, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
Create policies and certification campaigns to manage roles, entitlements, and compliance standards effectively.
Monitor and resolve data quality issues, establishing validation and reconciliation mechanisms.
Build dashboards and alerts to track operational performance and provisioning latency.
Collaborate within Agile teams to refine project backlogs and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
Define rules for identity uniqueness, account correlation, and authoritative data sources.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity governance and system integrations.
Partner with stakeholders across security, HR, and audit teams to ensure alignment on processes and policies.
Requirements
Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ and experience with identity governance.
Strong knowledge of HR-driven identity lifecycle automation processes.
Familiarity with integration methods such as APIs, OData, and flat-file ingestion.
Experience with directory services like Active Directory and Azure AD.
Ability to design workflows, policies, and rules for identity lifecycle management.
Skilled in Agile methodologies, including backlog refinement and story slicing.
Expertise in data quality controls, validation, and reconciliation.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
