Key Responsibilities Install and support IMS product Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain IBM IMS products on z/OS. Administer and support IMS/TM, IMS/DB, IMS MSC, and IMS related subsystems. Perform IMS product installation and maintenance using SMP/E. Troubleshoot IMS system issues, analyze dumps using IPCS, and perform root cause analysis.
