Job Description :

Functional & Technical Delivery

1. Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) modules.
2. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
3. Implement workflows, business rules, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.
4. Develop custom plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and client-side scripting (JavaScript).
5. Build and maintain integrations with external systems using Dataverse, APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Platform.

Solution Architecture & Best Practices

1. Ensure solutions follow Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform best practices.
2. Participate in solution design, data modeling, and environment strategy (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod).
3. Support data migration, cleansing, and validation activities.

Testing & Deployment

1. Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT.
2. Assist with deployment, release management, and post-production support.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and defects.

Stakeholder Collaboration

1. Work closely with business users, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
2. Provide demos, user training, and documentation.
3. Act as a trusted advisor on CRM capabilities and enhancements.
