Focus: The Process Engineer Technician maximizes throughput and safety by maintaining high-speed equipment, building production BOMs, and managing data within ERP systems like Costpoint. This role acts as the technical bridge between engineering and production floor execution-analyzing complex packing configurations, training machine operators through technical work instructions, and championing strict compliance with explosive shipping regulations

Processing Engineering Technician Job Functions:

Navigate ERP software (Costpoint experience is a plus).
Learn and champion explosive shipping regulations and documentation.
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on high speed manufacturing equipment.
Support engineers with process improvements, tooling adjustments, and data collection.
Analyze packing configurations for orders of varying products.
Provide technical work instruction for machine operators.
Build and maintain production bill of materials.
Maintain accurate production records and adhere to safety procedures.

Processing Engineering Technician Minimum Requirements:

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
5 years' hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Strong sense of accountability with ability to take ownership of machine performance, product quality, and adherence to safety and production standards
Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license.
