Job Title: Oracle HCM Time and Labor Functional Consultant

Location: Remote Job + Travel

Duration: 6 Months+

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Time and Labor Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, HR, Payroll, and technical teams to ensure accurate time capture, compliance, and seamless integration with downstream payroll and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor implementations and enhancements
Gather and analyze business requirements related to time entry, schedules, absence, and compliance
Configure time categories, time rules, schedules, approvals, and validations
Support integration with Payroll, Absence Management, and Core HR
Design and execute functional testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and support defect resolution
Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and optimization
Prepare functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and user guides
Collaborate with technical teams on fast formulas, integrations, and reports
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, with a strong focus on Time and Labor
Hands-on experience in the configuration and implementation of the Time and Labor module
Strong understanding of time rules, overtime, shift differentials, and approvals
Experience working with Payroll and Absence Management modules
Knowledge of Fast Formulas related to Time and Labor is a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (Time and Labor or Core HR)
Experience with global implementations and multiple geographies
Exposure to integrations (OTL, third-party time systems)
Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
