Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of AI-powered initiatives for the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) organization. This role will partner with Finance, Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI teams to define strategy, lead execution, and implement intelligent solutions that improve financial forecasting, budgeting, planning, reporting, and decision-making.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise technology delivery, AI/GenAI adoption, digital transformation, and financial systems. They should be comfortable engaging executive stakeholders while leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions in production. This aligns well with experience leading enterprise AI and analytics initiatives supporting Finance and FP&A, AI governance, MLOps/LLMOps, and executive technology strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead AI and digital transformation initiatives supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis organization.
Partner with Finance leadership to identify high-value AI use cases for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and planning.
Develop and execute AI product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams to deliver AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
Drive end-to-end program delivery from business case through production deployment.
Establish governance, delivery frameworks, KPIs, risk management, and executive reporting.
Lead cross-functional Agile teams consisting of Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, Architects, and Business Analysts.
Ensure responsible AI implementation through governance, security, compliance, and MLOps/LLMOps best practices.
Build executive dashboards and provide portfolio visibility for leadership.
Identify opportunities to automate finance processes using AI and intelligent agents.
Manage vendor relationships, budgets, project planning, and resource allocation.
Champion Agile delivery methodologies and continuous improvement across programs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
12+ years of experience leading enterprise technology programs or digital transformation initiatives.
5+ years of experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI programs.
Experience partnering with Finance or FP&A organizations on enterprise initiatives.
Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and enterprise AI governance.
Experience leading large cross-functional programs using Agile methodologies.
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics, and enterprise reporting.
Proven ability to manage budgets, roadmaps, vendor relationships, and strategic initiatives.
