Job Description:
The client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with extensive experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and application support. The ideal candidate should be able to work with stakeholders, analyze business processes, and provide solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Mandatory Qualification:
Business Analyst who analyzes an organization or business domain and documents business processes/systems, assessing business models and integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution.
Experience Level:
  • 84+ Months of experience providing guidance to large teams and/or recognized as an expert in the field.
Required Qualifications:
  1. 84 months of experience eliciting business requirements from business users, stakeholders, or system artifacts, and maintaining requirements documentation.
  2. 84 months of experience developing business requirements and process documentation including:
    • Use Cases
    • Process Flows
    • Screen Mock-ups
    • Data Dictionaries
  3. 84 months of experience in testing activities including:
    • Creating test plans and test cases
    • Executing functional, system, and regression testing
    • Mapping requirements to test cases for coverage
  4. 84 months of experience in defect management including:
    • Identifying and documenting application defects
    • Tracking defects through resolution
    • Retesting after fixes
  5. 48 months of experience supporting business applications in a Help Desk / Application Support environment.
