Job description:

• Consultant support accelerates creation of change assets and brings proven approaches from similar transformations
• Develop Change Management plan, including communications and supporting documentation
• Facilitate and develop any communications and training
• Track any ongoing communications and feedback related to activities including the implementation and maintenance of comms/training materials
• Deep sourcing, Procurement and Payment Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify and document the specific needs and requirements of the end-to-end business process, ensuring the design aligns with Business objectives and Stakeholder expectations.
• Expertise in Six sigma and lean practices bringing specialized knowledge and providing in-depth process mapping and design expertise across end-to-end source to pay business lifecycle ensuring that process are efficient, effective and aligned with organizational goal.
• Deliver documented business and GSS approved process that enable automation in GSS selected Technologies.
